You need VagCan Pro or ODIS Engineering software and follow this istruction (this is for ODIS Engineering, however for VCP it is similar). On the top of that You need to obtain VAG Helper program, where You can take the settings You need. This You can find there:

So, the coding is divided into following sections:
1. Open VAG Helper and choose Superb Combi 2013 from Car selection.
2. Choose the appriopriate BCM output to see the settings:
for example
C4, A26 - LED modules for stop-signal lights
In the default setting You can see the values of the memory cells addresses, change yours to the following:
3085 - 08
3086 - A1
3087 - 5A
You need to do the rest:
C3, A27 - position lights
3088 - 31
3089 - A1
3090 - 4F
You need to switch over the rear fog lights:
C47 - set to
3073 - 00
3074 - 00
3075 - 3F
A6 - set to
3076 - 40
3077 - A1
3078 - 62
3. Now open Odis Engineering
4. Choose car project SK46 - or if you do not have it, just choose any vW golf 6 based
5. Click on 09-Central electronics
6. Click on Access Authorisation and type password 42013, click OK
7. Click on memory cells
8. Change the address type from HEX to DEC
9. Type first address for example 3085
10. Determine quantity of cells You want to see - You need 3
11. You will see 3 cells displayed in the table
12. Double click on any value
13. Change the HEX values accordingly to Your previous notes in 3 cells
14. Click OK
15. Click "Write Cells", once it's done, particular lights are set-up correctly.
16. Repeat steps 9-16 for the rest of the lamps type.
17. That's it. You have done.
